  It can often be argued that that character of a company is more important that the product they sell. I'm here to tell you that Hearthside Fireplace and Stove has proven itself in both categories. No one or company is without mistakes 100% of the time. Its how they handle those mistakes is what distinguishes the good from the best. After discovering a mistake with our initial installation, Hearthside completely owned the mistake and took all measures to completely rectify the situation 100%. Their new installer has over 20 years experience and does amazing work. The final outcome of our purchase and installation is a true work of beauty.
