  Stephanie's started out to be really wonderful for me. I found my dream dress after a horrible day of dress shopping. I was a little upset when they told me my dress would be in by a certain date but it came a month later - but, no biggie. I had 3 dress fittings. The first 2 went really really well! When I went back for my 3rd fitting ... the dress was not done. They had no idea that I was even coming in. Apparently I had been wiped out of their system completely. I was really mad and didn't understand how that happens. They stated they think I was deleted when they added me to my friend's bridal party list under her name. I get that mistakes happen but it happened 2 weeks before my wedding day and I live an hour and a half away from this shop. In the end, my dress fit me amazing and the employees are nice. Some parts of this shop seem unorganized though and I think they could improve on that. Moving on to my friend's wedding & our bridesmaid dresses.... we were affected by the Alfred Angelo bankruptcy thing. I ordered a new designer from Stephanie's and I was instructed by the bride to do rush shipping. My receipt reflects rush shipping. I was recently told that the order was messed up and the dress may not come in until mid October.... her wedding is the first weekend in November. I ordered this dress in July and was told it would be in at the end of August. I don't understand how the rush shipping request got messed up. The woman I spoke to said if it's not received in the next 2 weeks that our rush fee will be refunded which is great... but it still leaves a very short window for alterations IF the dress even comes in time. I am really hoping it does for my friend's sake so she does not have to stress more! Overall, nice employees but as mentioned above they could work on some serious improvements in the organization aspect of it.
